Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 12/22/2021 4:33 AM   12/21/21 2021-3622, Driving While License Suspended:  On 12/21/21 at 9:21 a.m., sheriff's deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 52 and Obrien Road, Seward Township. The driver of the vehicle, 19-year-old Nicholas Doran of the 11000 block of Fox Glove Ct, Minooka was cited for driving while license suspended and speeding 73 MPH in a 55 MPH zone.  Doran was released on his own recognizance. 2021-3628, In-State Warrant:  On 12/21/21 at 7:15 p.m., sheriff's deputies conducted a warrant service in the 3600 block of Hoffman Street, Plano.  Taree F. Drees, a 26-year-old female from the 3600 block of Hoffman Street, Plano was taken into custody on a Kendall County failure to appear warrant for driving while license suspended. Bond on the warrant was set at $2,000 x 10%. Drees was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-3629, In-State Warrant:  On 12/21/21 at 8:20 p.m., sheriff's deputies conducted a warrant service in the area of Route 25 and Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego Township.  Rodrigo Romero, a 48-year-old male from the 0 to 100 block of Fernwood Road, Montgomery was taken into custody on a Kane County warrant for driving while license revoked. Bond on the warrant was set at $2,000 x 10%.  Romero had a second warrant for failure to appear on a Kendall County warrant for DUI while driving revoked.  Bond on the warrant was set at $15,000 x 10%.  Romero was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.   The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
