PLAINFIELD, IL — Here are the arrests reported by Plainfield police from Dec. 11 through Dec. 18. December 11 Trevor D. Love, 29, of the 1900 block of E. 170th Place in South Holland, Illinois, was arrested near the intersection of Van Dyke Road and Eagle Chase Road. Plainfield police charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more, and driving with a suspended or revoked license. December 12 Plainfield resident Lawrence D. Silva, 36, was arrested at his home address and charged with domestic battery. December 17 Serhii Semenenko, 26, who police listed as homeless, was arrested at Jewel-Osco, 13460 Route 59, and charged with obstructing justice and retail theft. December 18 Martin L. Chatman, 34, of the 11700 block of South Lowe Avenue in Chicago, was arrested near the intersection of Illinois Street and West Main Street. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more.
