Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 12/21/2021 4:31 AM 12/20/21 2021-3601, ID Theft: On 12/20/21 at 10:39 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 0 to 99 block of Fox Court, Fox Township, for a report of id theft.  The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3601, ID Theft 2021-3605, Warrant Service: On 12/20/21 at 11:50 a.m., sheriff's deputies arrested 41-year-old Alejandro Zavala of the 2700 block of Holt Road, Minooka on a Kendall County warrant for criminal trespass to land.  Zavala's bond was $5,000/10% and he was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-3612, Criminal Defacement of Property: On 12/20/21 at 3:56 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 5000 block of Route 34, Oswego Township for a report of criminal defacement of property. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3615, Hit and Run: On 12/20/21 at 5:01 p.m., sheriff's deputies took report of a hit and run accident that previously occurred in the 4000 block of Tuma Road, Bristol Township.  The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3616, 2021-3619, DUI, No Valid Driver's License:  On 12/20/21 at 9:02 p.m., sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the 1400 block of Bridge Street in Yorkville for a report of a reckless driver.  During the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, Christine M. Budz, a 68-year-old female from the 500 block of Kendall Drive, Yorkville was taken into custody for driving under the influence and no valid driver's license.  Budz was transported to Kendall County Jail for processing. The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
