I need a Roma or McAllen General Contractor Willing to Work in Roma Texas. This is for a 10plex with at least half the units that need updates and repairs. The work we are looking to have done is as follows. (Not all units but a number of units need different things). A. Paint B. Carpet C. Shower Surrounds D. Countertops E. Drywall Repairs F. T-111 siding repairs G. Replace water heaters H. Replace kitchen fixtures I. Flooring J. Ext Railing repairs K. Door repairs L. Window repairs (few) Misc... Ideally, we can contract via one company and they can sub out the electric and plumbing otherwise we are more than willing to contract directly for the plumbing and electrical aspects separately. There is a number of units that needs updates like GFI and some a new box and fixtures as well as replacement heating units. Expecting to install 9 Ductless Air / Heat Units vs baseboard.
