In other words, Whether straining your body for money or straining your body at the gym and paying for it, you're still straining your body, a difference is how you think about it. Water is mandatory, and we will drink a lot. The work is basically manual labor, such as field work. Its running from place to place as fast as we can, and ill push you to try your hardest. A breakdown would be: work until you are panting very hard that you lose balance, then rest, do it again.(cardio) Keep working until (for legs) your body physically gives out, an autonomous physical reaction.
