MALIBU, CA — Malibu could be hit with delays Wednesday through 4 p.m. due to California Department of Transportation construction on State Route 1 (Pacific Coast Highway). CalTrans will be doing a slope repair just outside of Malibu on PCH from Deer Creek Road to Sycamore Canyon Road in Ventura County. The construction is part of a slope repair project that will restore eroded barriers on PCH between the road and the ocean.
