Enchanted Care and Ready Set Grow Students Donate 1,200 Items

Students at all 14 Enchanted Care and Ready Set Grow schools in the Greater Columbus area recently held a winter gear drive to benefit multiple local organizations, including No Hungry Kid, WARM Westerville Area Resource Ministry, Gahanna Residence in Need, Open Shelter of Hilliard, Hope Center, People in Need of Delaware County, and Huckleberry House. Over the past few weeks, students worked together to collect more than 1,200 items, including scarves, hats and mittens. The organizations will distribute the donations to families and children in need during the winter season. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of spreading kindness and helping others in their communities.
