Press release from the City of Huntsville Parks & Recreation Department: 2021-12-21 The City of Huntsville's municipal offices will be closed Friday, Dec. 24, for the Christmas holiday. Offices will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, Dec. 27. Because there is no garbage collection on Fridays, residential sanitation service will not be affected.
