Customer Care Representative Wanted Customer Service Representative wanted for Gosch Ford of Escondido. Gosch Ford of Escondido is a large, growing family-owned Southern California Auto Group located in North San Diego County. This position has the opportunity for huge growth potential for the person who wants to shine and set themselves apart to advance within the organization. We promote from within! Position is full time, hourly plus commission. 40 hour work week Responsibilities: Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately Responsible for making outbound proactive calls to verify appointments Responsible for making outbound reactive calls to follow up with customers on services performed on vehicles Responsible for calling all "no show" customers who missed their specific appointments Answer incoming phone calls to set customer appointments with specific Service Advisors Be available to respond to phone AND email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index (CSI) Meet and exceed goals each monthly and quarter Qualifications: Good verbal and written communication skills Must be able to work full time with an open schedule, including weekends and evenings Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required Self-motivated and goal oriented Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment Must have a clean & valid driver’s license 2 YR PREVIOUS customer phone experience preferred but not required WE OFFER: Medical, Dental, & Vision Life Insurance Long-Term & Short-Term disability 401K Paid vacation Paid sick day
