Rehoming 3 year old LSG Great Pyrenees

I have a 3 year old Great Pyrenees. I took her in from family members that lost their house last year. She has some behavioral issues with resource guarding, as well as extreme fear of things inanimate and noises and has shown some aggression if she feels cornered or unsure of people but its fear based and not out of wanting to harm people. mainly she just wants to get away (Don't think she was socialized well enough before and after us) and really doesn't like new people she doesn't know. Particularly in her house. She took a little while to warm up to me and my girlfriend eventually but she did adapt.We've had her for about a year. She does warm up to other dogs(we have a medium size lab we've had for years before her that she gets along with well). I never anticipated having another dog especially this breed in an apartment though and simply cannot house her anymore and her old owners are in an apartment as well so she can't go back. I really care for this dog and want her to go to a good home where she can adapt to being what she was born to do guarding livestock or someone who will work with her a bit and give her a good home. Like the post states she is a rescue situation and needs to go to somewhere or someone with experience with this breed. I will send photos upon request if someone is genuinely interested in helping.
