Looking for Design Professionals in Need of Space

Hello, are you looking for a workshop or some other space in the bay area to refine your craft? Are you launching a small business in woodworking, metalworking, crafting, building, designing, etc? Are you upset at the lack of commercial workshop space, the gross cost of renting a space, or the lack of resources to help your craft? If you answered yes to any of these questions then I may have a great offer to work with you! I am a small business woodworker with a desire to rent a larger facility in the Bay Area (Berkeley, San Francisco, Albany, El Cerrito, etc) but am only finding it feasible with others. There are great options in Richmond, the Presidio, downtown SF, Emeryville, and more. I'm looking for other working professionals in the fields of pottery, woodworking, welding, leatherworking, designing, 3D printing, and more to come together and create a community workshop for our group. The idea is to rent out a larger facility and divide the space however we see fit. This would help us get into a commercial space to grow and refine our individual craft. If you need more space or space in general, let me know!
