TACTICAL WORK Completely plow parking lots and roadways from edge to edge with no residual snow left over Ensure that snow is stored in designated areas Ensure that route is followed in order Accurately record hours worked in Aspire Safely operate equipment without damaging customer, public or BSS property Promptly report malfunctioning equipment to Plow Division Leader Willingness to work on any company crew (BSS prefers and provides opportunities for year-round employment) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Age 16 or older Flexible schedule and ability to work long hours Legal, valid, unrestricted, driver's license, with no DUIs in the past 3 years or multiple infractions PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORKING CONDITIONS Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, sitting for long hours, pushing, pulling Lifting and raising objects up to 100 pounds from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position, to a considerable degree and requires substantial use of upper extremities and back muscles Fingering, grasping, feeling and repetitive motion Talking and hearing Subject to changing environmental conditions
