Position: Community Wildfire Protection Corps Crew Member – Winter Season Dates: 2/16/2022 to 4/22/22 Location: Based in Eugene, OR. This is a Full time, winter session based opportunity. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00 PM. Local area housing will be required for duration of session. Spend 9.5 weeks protecting your community from wildfires by doing fuels reduction, enhancing natural habitats, and removing invasive species. Crew members can use this opportunity as a stepping stone towards starting a career in natural resource management, outdoor recreation, forestry, or working for other environmental nonprofits.
