In the EVS Associate Team Leader position, you’ll be responsible for mentoring, leading, and managing our Day Porter and 2nd Shift EVS Associates team. You’ll play an important role on the team by ensuring team members excel in daily responsibilities and raising the bar of excellence for our Customers. You will also serve as a leading mentor for our Day Porter team that helps support our Customers while on Campus, as well as our external Customer’ visits. In this role, you’ll align with Direct Supply’s culture in supporting the team's work expectations and value as a Partner within the organization. Responsibilities: -Lead team on staffing, stocking, and development of procedures and efficiencies. -Responsible for SDS documentation and compliance. -Audit, develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for a clear definition of roles & responsibilities. -Audit, define and implement EVS Safety Program. -Responsible for overall cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of Main Campus. -Responsible for team onboarding documentation, process, and training for 1st and 2nd shift teams. -Establish yearly team goals that support department and organizational growth plans. -Implementation of team-building efforts, meetings, and initiatives to support growth and teamwork between shifts and team members. -Partner with team specialist in managing and delegating work order tickets along with the team agenda from issuance until completion. -Actively Partner with Campus Operations Project Management, Maintenance, Infrastructure, Security & Warehouse Operations to successfully complete joint projects and tasks. -Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need: -High school diploma or GED -3-5 years of previous housekeeping/environmental services experience -1-3 years previous direct leadership experience in housekeeping/environmental services -Strong G-Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills -Valid, unexpired driver's license with a satisfactory driving record -Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The position may involve one or more of the following: carrying, bending, stooping, pushing, climbing stairs, and reaching overhead. Required ability to occasionally lift up to 50Ibs without assistance. Required ability to occasionally push/pull up to 100lbs of work materials. Exposure to potentially harmful chemicals and dust. Required ability to stand and walk continuously across the Direct Supply Campus Ability to walk outside year-round on paved walkways (inclement weather-extreme heat/extreme cold). Up to 8 hours a day in various weather conditions. The job holder will be present on the Direct Supply campus during the core hours of 2 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. *Flexibility to work weekends and earlier/ later hours is required. This job holder will also be required to carry a company-provided cell phone during working hours to respond to customer needs. Apply at:
