Stonebrook Exterior is a privately owned and operated commercial & residential exterior construction company based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with offices located in Omaha, Nebraska, and Denver, Colorado. We specialize in whole building envelope solutions for commercial and residential clients, providing multiple trades or scopes of work into a single contract. We are currently seeking a responsible Warehouse Technician. Your job will be to: Ensure that inventory is correct and maintained as well as assist with the flow of the warehouse operations. Deliveries with truck and trailer, cleaning, organizing, palletizing, driving a forklift, maintaining inventory and the operations of the warehouse. Deceive, store, and ship construction material and supplies to meet Stonebrook’s needs. Use of a computer, (knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word required) to input information onto required forms, invoices, receipts, and documents to maintain accurate records and to prepare reports and listings. Facilitate the efficient storage and delivery of the material. Requirements: Valid Driver’s License Know how to load trailers and how to use tie downs Know how to haul a trailer Good communication skills Forklift certification preferred Construction experience preferred but not required OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required CPR/First Aid Certification preferred but not required Knowledge and ability to use a computer efficiently including Excel and Word Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
