We currently have an opportunity for a team-oriented accounts payable coordinator to: • Review and process invoices for payment. • Verify the invoice’s accuracy to ensure there are no duplicate payment request. • Contact department heads for approvals of invoices and confirm the three-way match is in our purchasing system to allow for the processing of the payment We require: • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience • Working knowledge of MS Office Excel & Word and SAP Concur • Moderate knowledge of Accounts Payable • Meticulous organizational skills • Excellent data entry skills • Ability to analyze reports and statements while identifying problem resolutions Accounts Payable Coordinator: For immediate consideration, please e-mail [email protected].
