Warehouse Receiving Associate | Mason, OH 1st Shift | $15-17+/hour Contact Kelley Snider at 513-842-8000 (call or text) Email Kelley.Snider At ExpressPros.Com Online: www.expresspros.com Location Cincinnati East Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring Warehouse Associates for the Receiving Department of a nationally-recognized retail distribution firm in Mason, OH. The Receiving Associates will join the back-of-house team that processes incoming freight and product according to company standards/guidelines. The Receiving Department will work in close partnership with the Merchandising Team(s) to ensure that the sales floor is continuously well-stocked, functional, and organized. Core Duties: • Ensure receiving/loading dock, assembly line tables, and tagging/sizing stations are clean/clear (trash removed, staging areas and aisles clear, etc.) • Collect empty fixtures, rolling racks, trash cans, etc. to use during freight processing • Identify and assist with prioritizing cartons for processing, and stage pallets for processing in order • Unload trucks - break down pallets and feed cartons onto either hand trucks or conveyor system(s) • Operate hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area • Ensure hanger supply fixtures are stocked • Areas include but are not limited to: * Identify/resolve backups on the line * Scan cartons into database using RF Gun * Open/unpack cartons, identify items, strip packing material, remove pre-packs * Verify accuracy of label/tickets to merchandise * Identify and remove “exceptions” from the line * Sort and flow merchandise * Flatten/remove boxes from line * Hang merchandise and strip plastic as needed * Place items on a Floor Ready or Tagging/Sizing rolling rack; move to prep area * Ticket merchandise and product as needed * Apply size rings following sizing guidelines Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00AM start time, until finished. Expect potential 8-10 hours days. Some weekend overtime may be scheduled. Pay: $15-17/hour, based on experience
