Field Operator - Property Management

Our expanding property management company is looking for a motivated Field Operator. Our ideal candidate has experience in home maintenance and hospitality and, more importantly, is a team player and problem solver with a “can-do” attitude. This position is 30+ hours per week with occasional weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Responsibilities Include: - Performing property inspections - Prepping houses for guests and owners - Performing home maintenance tasks (light carpentry, painting, etc.) and troubleshooting issues (pilot lights, internet/cable, breakers, etc.) - Occasional touch up cleaning - Occasional snow removal - Interacting with vendors and clients Desired Skills - Hard working, problem solver, and a team player - Ability to remain level-headed when when circumstances are stressful and/or challenging - Excellent communicator with great attention to detail Required Skills/Assets - Handywork/home maintenance skills required although training can be provided for the right person - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Ability to stand for periods of time and lift heavy objects - Experience with phone apps, task tracking software, and internet/cable systems - Must live in Truckee/North Lake Tahoe Competitive pay, benefits, bonuses, and a company vehicle offered.
