We’re looking for a team player for our Bisbee, AZ communities who can remodel homes and take care of maintenance.  Stable workflow in a beautiful park.  Skills and Requirments: *Painting, roofing, framing, flooring, light electrical, light plumbing, finish carpentry, swamp coolers, light HVAC *Have a minimum of 5 years of remodeling Mobile Homes *Have your tools and a reliable truck or trailer *Park upgrades and maintenance *Be a smart and responsive problem-solver who takes responsibility and get quality results *Work independently and make decisions like a business owner with integrity *You will need to live in the park or close by  Please send us your resume or information.
