We are seeking to onboard multiple candidates to support our growing business. The Quake Led Home Office is located in Englewood Co off W Hampden and Irving (720) 940-8317 Alex Medical Benefits Discounted Product Warehouse Associate: ($16-$18/hr) M-F 9-5pm Responsible for maintaining inventory in warehouse and/or trailers (must be kept clean & organized), package/fill orders for shipment to customer, accepts in-coming inventory/puts in warehouse as assigned, helps with inventory counts, handles all returns, makes deliveries when needed, handles odd jobs as assigned. Customer Service/Operations Associate: ($16 - $20/hr) M-F 9-5pm Responsible for maintaining all customer/dealer accounts: taking phone calls from customers/dealers, handling orders or issues, process payments, enter orders in company system, and shipping to customers. Monitors and maintains communications via phone or email with customers & dealers. Maintains tradeshow & web site orders. Helps maintain inventory: counts, back orders, warranty & returns, new product orders, shipments of inventory to warehouse or shows. Handles any other odd jobs as assigned.
