Seeking contract WELDER to fabricate frames on own property.

We are a business that manufactures mobility devices, and we're looking for a subcontracor with their own welding capability and workplace to weld the stainless steel frames. The material (uncut sticks of stainless angle and pre-machined flat plates) will be provided. The contractor only needs to cut the angle and fabricate the frames using this angle and provided flat plates. Attached are photos of the frame that you would be welding. As mentioned, those flat plates with the holes/slots will be pre-machined and provided. We are seeking a contractor who will complete these welded assemblies on their own property, priced per frame. Please contact us if you would like to see one of these frames in person and discuss the project so that you can give an accurate bid. For scaling reference with the attached photos, the overall dimensions of the frame to the outside are 42"L x 14"W x 14"H. We will need about 30 of these frames completed over the next two months. The number that we contract to any one contractor depends on their turnaround time, price, and quality. The number that we sub out to you could be 10 or 20 or more, depending on these factors. Until now, we have made these frames ourselves and they have taken approximately 6 hours to complete. All material is on hand at this time, so we are ready to move forward having you build the first sample so that we can evaluate the quality and move forward with more frames if the quality and price are acceptable. This is a 1099 contractor position. You can be a business or an individual, but you must have your old welding equipment and place to work. We are located around the Crofton, so as long as you live close enough to be comfortable commuting here to exchange material and product, your location isn't critical to us.
