NYC based Design-Build firm looking for Construction Site Supervisor in the Clemmons, NC area. Site manager is to be responsible for day to day supervision and coordination. Will report directly to regional project manager. Must be a self-starter with a good understanding of interior renovations and MEP Systems. Healthcare experience a plus. Looking for a candidate not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty. Hands on construction experience a must. Salary based on experience Key tasks include: · supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met. · day to day coordination with sub-contractors · making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety · checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings · maintaining quality control procedures · assessing and minimizing risk · daily reporting, inventory maintenance · Coordinate, receive, load/offload deliveries Key skills for site managers: · Good communication skills · Problem solving skills · Decision-making ability · Commercial awareness · Ability to motivate others · Team working skills · Good knowledge of building methods and regulations If interested, please respond with your resume.
