We are currently looking for talented carpenters to join our crews! Requirements: - Be willing to travel. Our projects are scattered about the country so traveling for 2-3 week periods will be required. Travel expenses and lodging are provided. - 2+ years of experience in carpentry is preferred. - Ability to perform rough and finished carpentry work on a variety of structures. - Willingness to learn. Our projects are different from your typical framing projects so come ready to learn. - Exposed post and beam experience is a plus, but basic framing knowledge is required. - Attention to detail is a must. While we do have a fast-paced work environment, we do not sacrifice quality for speed. - Strong work ethic and high character. - Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. - Must work well with others and be self-motivated. - Must have reliable transportation (When traveling out of state, you will not be expected to drive your own vehicles across the country. Flights and lodging will be provided) This position consists mostly of custom framing, exposed post, and beam installation, siding, and tongue and groove installation.
