Key Responsibilities 1. Organize and build the shipments by trucks per different customers. 2. Verify accuracy of orders by checking quantity and quality of outgoing shipments. 3. Maintain and record shipping records and paperwork for outgoing shipment, such as BOL and shipping Labels. 4. Input and track shipment into the Warehouse computer system, as well as coordinate shipment with the Advance Ship Notice (ASN) for customer access. 5. Process the shipment submitting information and process the labels for all customers. 6. Process the product in Epicor, creating and closing packing slips for each order for each customer. 7. Maintain a closely communication with brokers to coordinate pickups of finished goods. Competencies 1. Time Management and Organizational Skills. 2. Detail Oriented. 3. Team oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Ability with numbers. 5. Ability to work under pressure. Qualifications 1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 2. Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math. 3. Experience with standard warehouse equipment (licensed forklift truck operator) is a plus. 4. Experience with Microsoft Applications (Preferably Excel, Outlook and Word) is a plus. Work Environment This position operates in a warehouse setting. This position does require periodic overtime, and standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, as well as working in hot or cold temperatures with exposure to noise, dust, odors, etc. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching, all day. The employee must be able to lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm Overtime as needed Pay Rate $12.00hr
