Real Estate and Property Management company hiring a team of Part Time Maintenance Technicians: Essential Duties: Completion of all apartment maintenance service requests. Repair/replace appliances, plumbing systems, air conditioning/heating/electrical systems. Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of related experience. Own tools are required. Valid driver's license and capability to travel to different properties in the Sioux Falls area. Able to lift up to 50 lb. frequently. Flexible Schedule: Monday- Sunday, up to 29 hours weekly.
