Mitigation Technician Job Requirements: Must be reliable and able to work after hours occasionally and weekends Must be flexible and able to work on rotation for new emergency calls and work longer hours during busy seasons Must be professional, neat, clean in appearance with a good demeanor Have a positive attitude and be a team player. Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required. Must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen Excellent communication skills both written and oral Be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds Experience and knowledge in restoration and construction is a plus Performing demolition on building materials that have been affected by water, fire or mold damage Assessing water or mold damage - Setting up required equipment Job Responsibilities Water Damage-extraction, drying, minor demolition & content manipulation Trash removal Mold Remediation Restoration - contents manipulation, and cleaning Taking measurements and readings Taking careful notes, and filling out proper documentation Proving a high level of customer service Perform demolition of building materials affected by water and fire damage Pack out contents and personal property of customers' homes Complete paperwork for all jobs and make notes on work perform
