Electrican/Skilled Maintenance Tech

Looking For a skilled technician to add to our maintenance team. Must be able to handle general maintenance calls that involve light plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, and ELECTRICAL. Current NEC requirements Current L&I requirements specific to Philadelphia Position Type / Immediate Responsibilities: Installs Maintaining and repairing electrical equipment and fixtures. Ability to work from blueprints in installing, connecting, and repairing and maintaining equipment and fixtures such as meters, fuse boxes and heating systems. Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. Installs new branch circuit wiring. May estimate, order and transports necessary materials to complete work order(s) at assigned locations. Performs incidental work as required. Demonstrated Knowledge Of: The National Electric Code Philadelphia L&I Permitting specs Requirements: 3 Plus years of experience Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance. Must have reliable transportation. Must have some applicable personal tools. Must be able to lift and carry weights exceeding 50 lbs.
