LOST desert tortoise

Our giant African Spur-Thighed Desert Tortoise has been missing since November 8 after he burrowed under the fence line. We have posted on Nextdoor & with PAC, but no luck. Ted is probably around 45lbs & maybe 1.5 feet in diameter. Ted is a rescue tortoise & he is about 40 years old. He's not native to this desert & should not be in the wild here. If anyone has seen a desert tortoise anywhere near Drexel - Cardinal, any information would be welcome. Thank you
