Please read the ad in its entirety. Need a power wash, fascia and gutter replacement, interior cleaning. There is no water on site so you will have to use an have your own tank, or be willing to use an elevated 5 gallon bucket of water of which I can show you how. You must be able to take photos of the work, before, during, and after completion. This is a bank foreclosure, job will take 3-5 days for the client to review and approve so I can pay out, you must be ok with that. Pay is $850. You can expect to spend $350-400 in materials. Job should take 1 day max for a crew of 1-2 guys. Pay is via Zelle only, you must also be ok with that. More work is available if the first job goes well, looking for someone to start immediately.
