Hello and thanks for looking, I have an oak floored rental unit with sanded and sealed T&G needing additional coats..x 4 around 1000sq ft. Can be ready to start as soon as 1st week of January. Other projects sooner if its a good fit. Floor is in good shape and not wanting to sand down, just build up of coats. I have more of the same flooring in multiple units that could also need maintenance coats after the first project...all just prep and coat. Area is small enough for a 1 man crew. In another unit, same location I have a storage area under a stairwell that needs to be sheet rocked 5/8" two layers for soundproofing..... if that's in your skill set and you want something more between coats. Flexibility with hours, could do evening/night coats possibly. Good pay if you have this skill set...looking for an experienced tradesman. This should be a good winter fill in or moonlighting gig in an easy access, vacant heated environment. Not a get rich $ but good, based on individual. Dura Seal polyurethane will be provided on site...Baseboards will also be repainted after so no cut in needed. Baseboards can be included in this or not. We use a quality urethane, cut in needs to be perfect on them. I put the other projects out there because I don't know your various trade skills, if you would like the other projects as well they are available.
