We have a feral cat community on the border of our complex. However that does not give anyone a right to dump their cats off. We now have an orange tabby outside heartbroken waiting for its parents. And I witnessed a lady dump off a white cat with black markings on its head. We have now had to installed cameras to help prevent this. The information collected will be given to the authorities. Enough is enough. The babies you abandoned during the holidays want me to tell you are the meanest and worst kind of people, on the planet.
