Orange white cat lost in Olde Towne Portsmouth

Our cat, Surprise, snuck out a few days ago. He's not come home, we think someone might have him trapped inside? He's fairly small, very friendly but can be skittish if he gets out (he's an indoor kitty) he's neutered and he has a chip. He's a pale (dilute) orange with a white tummy, white paws, and orange eyes. He has an orange spot on one side of his pink nose. Please call if you see him. Lost on the corner of court st and North St in olde Towne, right next to down town. He's my son's cat, please return him off you have him. He's heartbroken. Photo in bag is recent, photo being pet he was a bit younger, his face has filled out.
