Have you thought of being completely responsible for the development of an institution that would be a K-16, or P-16? Can you be the headmaster to guide other teachers? Can you imagine creating classrooms of the future? You need not do all alone, but must have ability to lead and an adventurous craving to take a voyage. You can even plan to be there few months and take a break to visit home or other places of your interest. Do you have what it takes to lead 300 village children? They need a teacher. They will learn your language, sing your songs, dance your dance and have fun with you learning. This is not for the faint hearted because there is no electricity and the water is from the water shallow hole.
