For a full-time position as an IN-HOUSE handyman for Residential remodeling. Very competitive pay and benefits depending on experience. Candidates should be experienced in the following trades (The more the better) - Rough/trim carpentry - Drywall/Paint - Appliance install - HVAC/Venting - Insulation - Plumbing & electrical are a plus - Siding/Roofing/Masonry are a plus - Flooring Wood/LVP - Tile Must have: - Reliable and adequate transportation (Work vehicle) - Own necessary tools of the trades
