We pay on fridays Zelle or cash We do 5 houses a month if you have good work ethic and respectful, you will always have work Demo/trash removal: Everything in the house including cabinets. Inside is light. Outside demo sheds and all trash to dumpster. Must be able to cap plumbing. 100 a day for labor or 1200 whole job. Painting: Must have: sprayer 2+ man team you provide tarps, tape, etc strong work ethic (need it done in a few days) doing ceiling paint throughout house (ceiling/walls), semigloss in bathrooms, exterior and exterior pavers will provide materials at outset, payment on satisfactory completion $1300 Installion: cabinets, mini split, toilets, light fixtures pay by item or hourly Flooring installed: 1.00 a square foot
