Need a plumber with extensive experience in plumbing for commercial building. Homeless individual stole the per-existing pipes Must have a long ladder and all your plumbing tools. scope of work: replace the outside pipe and place two shut off valve outside. connect a new water pip and shut off valve(s) run where the old pipe was along the wall and ceiling to the other side of the bathroom replace the old sink drain. replace the old pipe for the sink and toilet. The old pipe ran on the ceiling and fed the bathroom and the outside pipes / valves.
