About the Job: Misha’s Kind Foods is looking for an amazing brand ambassador like you. We’re a dairy-free, plant-based food and lifestyle brand. We make the world’s most delicious dairy-free cheese and we love to inspire others to live a health-conscious lifestyle. Our products are sold in local farmers’ markets and retail locations across California and the Southwest region, with a National retail footprint coming in 2022. Retail Brand Ambassadors: Do you consider yourself that rare balance of being the life of the party while also down to earth? If so, Misha’s Kind Foods is looking for Friendly, Enthusiastic brand ambassadors with a flexible schedule and go-getter attitude. This is the perfect position for someone who loves to connect with new people while spreading kindness and positivity into the world!! Our team here at Misha’s keeps our energy high, works hard, and has fun doing it! Position Description: • Set up Demo at retail store locations (TBD). • Engage, inform and greet customers while selling our amazing dairy-free cheese. • Keep booth and demo table clean and aesthetically beautiful. • Take 10-15 engagement photos. • Deliver key brand knowledge. • Complete daily recap at the end of each event. • Break down and pack up booth at the end of shift. Requirements: • Punctuality is a MUST. • Outgoing, fun, enthusiastic, and kind personality. • Clean, neat, and presentable appearance. • Must be a team player. • Must be able to lift 10-40lbs (folding tables, cooler, ice, product, and folding tent). • Must be able to stand on feet for 5-6 hours straight. • Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays (Weekend Flexibility is a MUST). Pay Structure: • $130 to $150 per day. • Mileage to be paid contigent upon commute distance. • Must fill out a W-4 & I-9 and we e-verify at start of employment. • Paydays are the 5th and 20th of every month.
