Established, growing construction cleaning company, woman owned and operated, is seeking full time cleaners for multiple positions in Southern California locations (Los Angeles, Hesperia, Apple Valley, other sites in Southern California). We are looking for reliable person(s) that are seeking long term employment with a growing company. Our projects vary from newly built apartments, warehouses, custom homes, hospitals, strip malls, and a variety of other newly built structures. Duties will include, sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, window washing, wiping down sinks, stainless steel, kitchen areas, partitions etc. Beneficial experience with buffing/machine scrubbing/stripping/waxing floors. ALL POSITIONS: Must have immediate availability** Must not be afraid of working from ladder** Must be able to travel to different job sites/locations** Must have reliable transportation** Must have valid driver’s license AND valid auto insurance** Have a satisfactory driving record** Willing to travel if necessary** No drugs or alcohol** Must be able to easily communicate with on-site personnel**
