Every person who entered the capitol building on jan 6th is guilty of this crime. Trump is guilty of this crime for organizing and inciting the rioters. The law is very cut and dry here. People who vandalized the premises or destroyed public property are guilty of additional federal crimes. People who spewed threats against the vice president or the speaker of the house during the insurrection are guilty of additional federal crimes. Rioters who beat and or murdered capitol police are guilty of additional felonies. The law is cut and dry. Each of these people including Trump is being prosecuted for their participation on jan 6th. Dozens have already been sentenced and are serving prison time. Hundreds more cases are scheduled for prosecution. Justice is being served. Donald Trumps time is running out before he too is prosecuted for his crimes against this nation. With a littler luck, traitor Trump will live his last few years ons earth in federal prison.
