100,200,400,900 – 4 common hallways each building – 16 halls- vacuum, clear dust and spider webs, clean baseboards, wipe down apartment unit doors and hall entry fire doors. 10 buildings – 2 story stairwells – sweep down walls and ceilings and stairs and removing any debri from under stairwells 400,500,600,900 buildings have open lobby’s – sweep down walls and ceilings and use blower to clear out leaves – periodically wash down the flooring or vacuum the exterior landing carpets Wipe down exterior unit doors Pool bathroom – sanitize and stock toilet paper paper towel and soap Dog park – remove dog poop and change out trash bags for various trash cans in the park area Blow away leaves from garden area. Sanitize touch surfaces 300,100,800,700 – sweep down entry stairwells, and exterior walls and ceilings, wipe down doors Mail boxes – wipe down mail boxes Assist with maintaining trash overflow at dumpster area. 100 & 200 building enclosed lobby Vacuum weekly – clean 100 common bathroom Quarterly wash windows Dust and sweep down any cobwebs 100 mop vinyl flooring 200 vacuum carpeted areas 200 Gym – sanitize all touch surfaces 100 & 500 Laundry – clean laundry – sanitize all touch surfaces and mop floors, wipe down machines Clean office weekly – take out the trash, stock the bathroom, clean the kitchen area, and refrigerator Unit turns – trash out and deep clean including windows. Clean 100 and 200 2 story windows once a quarter - ladder and 2nd team member will assist We have 4 floor plans of apartment units and 170 apartments. When we turn a unit for a new move in it needs to be thoroughly cleaned prior to the new move-in. The workload will vary according to demand and if it is too much we can always resort to a contractor for turns.
