Project Supervisor Essential Duties and Responsibilities At the ArK Group of Companies, you build your own future. As the Project Supervisor, you will be managing your own jobsite from coordinating trades to quality control of our product. Daily Duties and Responsibilities - Manage construction projects at the site level by leading and directing sub-contractors and in house specialty laborers/carpenters - Conduct regular project walks to ensure quality control is achieved and renovations are on schedule per the operating software schedule - Schedule various trades for construction phases and work with the Procurement Manager to procure any material related to the project scope and manage the deliveries of materials - Monitor and manage the hours and tasks of your team to ensure overtime is minimized and phases of the project are on schedule - Learn the projects scope of work - Log all change orders in the company’s change order system that are outside of the contracted scope - Review and answer any questions on vendor invoices as requested by the Director of Ops - Review and approve all on site labor timecards each pay period - Effectively communicate to management any employee concerns, staffing changes/needs and be the eyes and ears of the company on job sites - Obtain an Osha 30 certification and conduct weekly safety meetings - Constantly develop your teams skills to ensure construction deadlines are met and within budget - Follow all company policies, procedures and safety measures Requirements - Solid 5+ years background in renovation or construction project management - Spanish Speaking a plus ArK Development (AZROC 335643) is an equal opportunity employer, and we’re proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
