Survey Merchandiser is looking for a Cosmetic Merchandiser Team Leader with Reset experience to complete multiple Reset Projects at local stores located in the area of Perry, MI. Cosmetic Reset Experience is required. About Us: We’re an app-based company with thousands of reps completing more than 90,000 store visits each month. We’re one of the fastest growing retail merchandising companies in the world. About the Work: - Pay is $20 per hour, paid via Openforce thru Survey Merchandiser App. - Resets start on January 17th and will continue until February 11th. - Workdays are 2 to 4 days per week (depending on store locations), and the shifts start at 8:00 am and will be up to 7 hours per day. (30 minutes unpaid lunch). - As a Cosmetic Reset Team Lead, you'll be in charge of a hard-working team that rearranges all the products on the shelves at stores. You'll ensure Merchandisers implement the new planogram (shelf map/schematic), move fixtures, set signage, stock products, and more). We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of Cosmetic Resets Experience with completed resets as Team Leader/Team Manager. Typical tasks include: - Lead a Team of 3 to 5 Merchandisers on the project. - Ensure proper execution of the planogram at the store. - Report any issues during the shift to the client. About You: - You have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. - Previous cosmetic reset team lead experience preferred. - Positive attitude and strong work ethic. - You’re reliable, good at following directions, and can work on a team. - You have basic knowledge of how to use tools such as a hammer or screwdriver. - You’re able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time. - You’re able to lift up to 50 lbs. - You must be 18 years of age or older. - You have access to reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. - You’re able to pass a background check. - Drug screening may be required.
