Our Corporate offices are located in Winter Haven Florida and Grand Rapids Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of managing the day-to-day business, supervise general farm laborers/harvesters, work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, working in agricultural environment, must have a Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsements, Farm Labor Contract Card and be bilingual Spanish.
