Investment Realty Holdings Inc is looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining our property management portfolio of 100 plus units. Properties are located in East Boston, Revere, Somerville, Medford, Cambridge and Brighton/Allston. Job duties include but are not limited to: Assisting the Lead Technician in completing all work orders from current tenants. Work orders can include HVAC repairs, light carpentry, plumbing, building repairs, painting, routine maintenance and basic appliance repairs. Assisting the Lead Technician in completing all work orders when turning over units. Must be able to assist in snow removal as needed. Performing all duties in a courteous and professional manner. Heavy lifting may occasionally be required. Must maintain all records required by company policies and procedures, such as reporting work done and closing tasks through the app. Conducting or participating in property inspections Ability to organize work and complete tasks in a timely manner. Previous experience is required. Must have your own fully insured transportation and a valid drivers license. If interested please submit your resume as well as referrals.
