National Real Estate Management Co. seeks accomplished and experienced maintenance technician for a 65 unit Apartment complex in Canton. Successful and organized candidates must have at least 3 years experience in all trades, and appliance repair. Position requires living within 1/2 hour of site for after hour emergency calls. Good starting pay, 3 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, 401K, health, dental, free uniforms, early release on Fridays (during summer) and growth potential. EOE
