Now hiring Winter Site Managers: Winter Site Manager in Lowell, Lexington, and Waltham Mass area Responsible for managing onsite snow operations team and maintaining client communication Duties include but are not limited to: Client Communication Before/During/Post storm operations Alert and communicate with Snow Operations team of 5-10 Operators and 8-12 Shovelers Oversee and assist with salting of roadways, parking lots, and walkways Train and oversee operations to ensure safety and quality of work is being carried out Report any equipment repairs that may be needed to the Area Manager Qualifications: 1-2 years of snow removal experience required Experience with salting/sanding with non-CDL commercial vehicle Experience with front end loaders, skid steers, ventracs, and other equipment is a plus Capable of managing an onsite operations team of 8-15 guys Must have a Medical DOT card or obtain one Must be available 24/7 and assist throughout the duration of any snow event - Long HRS Positive attitude/team player Seasonal job could lead to full-time work come spring Pay will be - Based on experience
