This morning is designed to help you not only manifest your new year intentions but also guide you to embody them fully. You will start your morning by arriving at Casa Flordia at 930 am to Check -in, find a comfortable space on your mat and mingle with friends. At 940 am you will be prompted into an intentions setting journaling session Next at 950 am you will build your own customized essential oil roller bottle based on your intentions. Following at 1015 am you will return to your mat where you will use your new essential oil roller bottle during your yoga practice to help enhance the embodiment of your intention that you placed earlier in your journal. Afterwards at 1045am you will be guided in a visualization meditation so you can experience what your life will be like once you culivate your intentions for the year. Lastly , Stay and celebrate your journey to cultivating your highest self by sharing with friends at the best brunch in Miami over bottomless mimosas at Casa Flordia !
