PLEASE READ-- Due to rising COVID case #s in the area, proof of vaccination with ID will be required for entry into our dinner and temperature will be checked at the door. We will issue refunds and offer first dibs for our next dinner to anyone who feels sick or has been exposed to COVID and needs to cancel. We appreciate your honesty. Please do not attend if you feel sick or have been exposed to COVID. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OUR POLICIES, REDUCE CAPACITY, AND EVEN CANCEL THIS EVENT FOR THE SAFETY OF OURSELVES, OUR TEAM, & OUR GUESTS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON AT OUR OWN DISCRETION. We will communicate any changes via email so please make sure to include a valid email with your ticket order. Should we cancel or postpone, we will issue refunds. A NOTE ON PARKING: The neighboring University of Denver will be hosting a home hockey game on Friday, December 31st and street parking may be more of a challenge than usual. We encourage guests to carpool with their parties and give themselves extra time to find parking or to use a cab/rideshare service. Tickets are $100pp. A $50pp deposit is due today to hold your spot for the dinner. The remaining $50 per person will be due after dinner service on the day of the event. Full-bar available with featured cocktails SOLD SEPERATELY with valid ID. All alcohol will be charged separately on-site to the house, Asbury Provisions. FIRST SEATING--Doors open at 5pm--please arrive between 5pm and 5:15pm. Dinner service will begin shortly after everyone is seated. SECOND SEATING--Doors open at 10pm--please arrive between 10pm and 10:15pm. Dinner service will begin shortly after everyone is seated. Please purchase tickets for your entire party in one transaction--if there are four people in your party, please purchase four tickets now so we can make sure you are all seated together. You and your party will either be seated at a high-top or low-top table. We cannot take requests for seating preferences at this time. All seating is indoor. No patio space is available at this location. FOR INDIVIDUAL GUESTS--we encourage people to come alone, however, if we get a certain number of individual guests joining us, please understand we may have to seat you at the bar with other individual guests or at a community-style table. Due to limited tables available to shuffle around for different party sizes and a very small dining room, it is impossible to guarantee and unlikely that every "one top" guest will be able have their own table. We will be following the City of County of Denver's mask mandates and COVID-19 safety policies closely. Should anything change between now and the day(s) of the event, we will make adjustments accordingly and at our own discretion. If rules on restaurant occupational capacity are reinstated, we will honor tickets purchased on a first-come basis and refund the rest should we have to lower our capacity on the day(s) of the event. Our staff is fully vaccinated. If you are showing signs or symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been exposed to anyone within 14 days prior to the event, please contact us ASAP to cancel your reservation. Gluten Free Options are available this time in the form of a permissible substitution. Please notify us ([email protected]) when you purchase your tickets if you need a gluten free menu. We will not be able to prepare GF courses for anyone in your party without this notice. No other substitutions on the food menu. It is your responsibility to notify us of any food allergies in your party before you purchase your tickets. Due to the small kitchen space and the many technicalities of and preparations made well in advance for this menu, we may not be able to safely accommodate persons with allergies at this time. We use dedicated "vegan" equipment free from cross-contamination with meat, eggs, and dairy. We cannot guarantee menu items will be safe from cross-contamination from wheat, nuts, peanuts, soy, and other vegan allergens. Menu subject to change based on item availability.
