The Fertility Circle is an all-inclusive group with the purpose of bringing together community to help educate and empower one another. The Fertility Circle is an all-inclusive group with the purpose of bringing together community to help educate and empower one another on the fertility journey. We offer a sacred space for inner transformation, where you can be seen and heard without judgment wherever you are on your fertility journey. You will learn about scientific and wellness solutions from practitioners who work in the fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and related realms. Each gathering will begin with a meditation and cleansing to help us become more present and embodied. This will be followed by a vibrational elixir to compliment and support the topic of discussion. Next we’ll delve into a teaching where you will learn about a topic and/or healing technique and how it can influence your fertility journey. Topics may include flower essences for fertility; how the residue from past intimate relationships can get in the way; how expectations can be blocks; transgenerational transmission of trauma; how feeling unsafe in your body or environment can play a role; plant medicine for fertility; how nutrition plays a role; tips for how to navigate the roller coaster of emotions on the fertility journey; how to work with grief while on the fertility journey; fears related to fertility, pregnancy and being a parent and how these can play a role; forgiveness as a tool to greater freedom; and many more. We will have time to connect at the end of each group. Prema has walked the path of fertility challenges and is here to support you. Prema has training in clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, vibrational medicine therapy, vibrational sound therapy, alternative wellness, energy medicine, yoga nidra, mindfulness, meditation, birth and postnatal wellness and much more.
