Embodiment Circle is for those ready to step into their ultimate vitality, wellness, confidence and joy. Embodiment Circle is for those ready to step into their ultimate vitality, wellness, confidence and joy in an environment that promotes self-love, sacredness and community. If you’re interested in expanding your consciousness and tapping into your fullest potential as you explore the Divine Feminine, this is the group for you. We’re here to help educate and empower one another as we walk towards and become the embodied Divine Feminine. In each Embodiment Circle we’ll cover a topic and you’ll leave with food for thought to help you deepen your practice. Topics will range from soul nourishment to awareness to alternative healing to transformation, all with the flavor of how they relate to the Divine Feminine. Food for thought for your journey will come from several traditions including plant medicine, nutrition, mindfulness, sound therapeutics and energy medicine. Each gathering will begin with a clearing to help set the space. This will be followed by an intention for our circle and a meditation to help us become more present and embodied. Next the topic of the evening will be introduced and a vibrational elixir will be offered to compliment and support where we’re headed for the evening. What happens next may change from gathering to gathering, and may include any or all of the following: journaling exercise to help us go deeper with the gathering topic, connecting and healing our inner child, lunar cycles and how they relate to expansion, transformation, and spiritual awakening, sacred plant medicine, creating plant medicine, self-love practices, sacred intentions, practices to support you during the lunar cycles, cultivating and connecting with the Divine Feminine, and a sharing circle where each circle member will have space to talk about our gathering topic and how it relates to the Divine Feminine and so much more. We will have time to mingle at the end of each group. Please bring a journal, something to write with and a water bottle. Please refrain from bringing other food and beverages due to possible sensitivities, allergies, etc. Cost: Each gathering is $36, pre-registration is required.
